To Rename the Layer

• Renaming the layer name allows a user to simply record the layer containing the object

• 

• In this example, we got Layer 1 containing a cycle and Layer 2 containing a rectangle

• If we got more layers, renaming the layer will allow you to easily control them.

• First double click on the Layer 2

• 

• Then this will look like this:

• Type in ‘rectangle’ as the layer name

• Then click the left mouse button on the stage

• 

• The new layer name will appear:
